Gross and Ellis emerge as finalists for vacant District 4 aldermanic seat after only 194 people vote in election
Two will vie to fill the seat vacated by former alderman and now mayor Dave Nold on Nov. 10. Only 194 votes were cast within district with 2,435 registered voters.
